- What are your personal values?
My personal values include kindness, human dignity, and sympathy, all of which are integral in my nursing practice. As health practitioners need to be able to relate to the patients, I care for. Ethical values are some of the basis in nursing practices for both efficiency and quality care.
- Why do you value them?
My values are important to me as they define all the aspects of nursing that I practice and stand by. The success o my practice has also been attributed to the values I hold.

The societal values I am aware of include democracy, equality, and human dignity. Democracy allows people to choose their leaders and hold them accountable, including in the healthcare system. Human dignity applies to the care for patients while upholding their self-respect.

The choices I make are based on the values I hold as well as the expectations of the society and my profession.

Cohesion and equality are very significant in my society as they define the relations among the community members.

The government and healthcare organizations limit the choices of people with regard to community health, social values, and pandemics.
