What are your strengths?
As a customer liaison and marketing officer, I am an excellent negotiator. My negotiation skills enable me to resolve issues affecting the pharmacy customers by engaging the organization to attend the needs and requests of the customers. I am also very innovative in business and marketing. Therefore, I present strategies that can be used by Community Pharmacy to improve the current sales processes and customer satisfaction. Lastly, I am a team player when working with the customers, pharmacy staff, and the owner.
What are your challenge areas?
Working as a customer liaison and marketing officer has several challenges. One of the challenge areas is serving multiple customers at the same time. This is extremely overwhelming, especially in determining which customers to prioritize. Another challenging area is serving an irate customer. Some of the customers are angry and disrespectful, thereby making it difficult for a customer liaison and marketing officer to work effectively. The last challenge area is having no solution to the problems faced by the customers, which is discouraging.

The program can be improved in several ways. First, it is essential to improve the technical skills to resolve issues that may affect the relationship between Community Pharmacy and the customers. Besides, it is important to look for a common ground that will allow me to relay customer requests and needs by communicating with pharmacy staff and owners. Lastly, the program can be improved by equipping customer liaison and marketing officer with skills in how to handle customers when they get emotionally unstable.
