Joseph Jason Namakaeha Momoa is an American model and actor who was born on 1 August 1979 in Honolulu, Hawaii in the United States. He was the only child to Joseph Momoa who was a painter and Coni Lemke who was a photographer. Momoa was raised by his mother in Norwalk, Lowa. His mother was from Germany, Irish and has American ancestry while his father was from Hawaii. After graduating from high school, Momoa went back to Hawaii where he was enrolled in the University of Hawaii. In October 2017, Momoa married his long time girlfriend, Lisa Bonet who used to grace our Television screen. They were blessed with two lovely children, a daughter and a son.
